Policy

Student will need to retake a course under the following circumstances:

1. Fails to meet attendance requirements
2. Academically fails the course

Student can only retake courses within the maximum length of the program with payment of retaking course fee subject to SEA approval If they exceed this length, student may be dismissed and required to re-register in the program. There is no guarantee that the college will offer the required course.

Postpone Courses 

The college will send an e-mail notification to the students prior to the beginning of each course. A student can request to postpone their study by taking a course in the following course cycle, with advanced written notice within 3 days upon receiving the email. Any such request approval would be in discretion of management.

 It is strongly recommended to students to speak to the CEO or SEA before deciding to postpone a course or several courses. Since some courses have prerequisites, postponing one course may cause the one or more courses to postpone as well. A student can only postpone courses within the maximum length of the program. If they exceed the length, student will be required to get the contract extended (contract extension fee $250.00 applicable) and required to re-register in the program. There is no guarantee that college will offer the required course.
